General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

1. Scope of Application

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders and contracts concluded via our online shop. By purchasing our products, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

3. Conclusion of Contract

By submitting an order via the “Buy” button, you make a binding offer to purchase the products contained in your shopping cart. Upon receipt of your order, we will send you an order confirmation by email. The purchase contract is concluded only upon receipt of this order confirmation.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices stated are final prices. Due to our small business status in accordance with Section 19 of the German Value Added Tax Act (UStG), we do not charge VAT and therefore do not show it. Payment is made using the payment methods offered during the ordering process (e.g. credit card, PayPal, etc.).

5. Delivery

We deliver exclusively to addresses within [country or region, e.g. Germany]. Delivery takes place within 3–7 business days after receipt of payment. If a product is exceptionally unavailable, we will inform you immediately and refund any payments already made.

6. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

As a food product, our pineapple vinegar is subject to special hygiene requirements; therefore, returns are excluded once the product has been opened.

6.1 Right of Withdrawal for Unopened Products

Consumers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason, provided the product is unopened and undamaged. The withdrawal can be made in writing by email to trynourishfirst@gmail.com.

6.2 Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal expires once the product has been opened or the seal has been broken, as it is a food product that cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons.

7. Retention of Title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

8. Warranty and Liability
